During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day.

United States: 5โ€“12 business days
Canada, UK, EU: 7โ€“15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7โ€“15 business days
Worldwide: 10โ€“20 business days

Tracked Shipping

Every order includes a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking link via email once your package ships.

Shipping Delays

If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days, contact us and we will help investigate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows โ€œdeliveredโ€ but you didnโ€™t receive your item:

  2. Confirm your shipping address

  3. Contact the carrier

We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item depending on the situation.
